Liberty provides a four-tier approach for our customers.
Tier 1 – Initial analysis and testing
Every customer who contacts as and those we approach know they have a contamination problem. Very few truly understand what that problem is or the complexity of the issue.
In Tier 1, Liberty completes a full analysis of their stream and runs a 24 hour test on their water through our lab scale ZVI system to determine the ability to remove contaminants from the stream.
Customers are relayed the initial results with an analysis of the next steps.
Tier 2 – Bench scale analysis and consultation
After the initial testing is complete, we are ready to move on to Tier 2 which is a much more in-depth stream analysis, including speciation of the stream, identification of potential contaminants that would affect the ZVI chemistry, a longer bench scale campaign to determine any potential pre-treatment needs before our treatment system.
Liberty’s desire at this point is to look at the stream and utilizing a decision matrix, determine the best treatment approach to the stream.
Tier 3 – Pilot testing and operation
After a full-scale review and characterization of the stream is complete, we offer our customers the operation of a pilot scale operation on site to show the ability to consistently remove the contaminate from the target stream.
This operational plan will be for four weeks and provide a comfort level for customers who may be looking at a significant expenditure.
Tier 4 – Commercial operation and ongoing service
A commercial unit will consist of several to dozens to hundreds of “modules.” These modules are modified fish tote containers, 4’x4’X4’ containers that allow for top-down flow into the module and a consistent flow path over the removal media to insure maximum surface area to effectively remove the contaminate from the water source.
Once a commercial unit is operational, Liberty will maintain a sales and service contract with our customers, ensuring you get the best results for years to come.
