Vic Sprouse
VP of Sales
Mr. Sprouse brings a chemistry background and deep entrepreneurial and government affairs experience.
He has operated multiple family-owned businesses, served as a West Virginia State Delegate, Senator, and Senate Minority Leader for many years.
Mr. Sprouse has also held previous positions at Union Carbide and Dow Chemical and is a Penn State chemical engineer by education.
Dr. John Taylor
Director of Technology
Dr. Taylor leads the technology efforts for Liberty. A graduate from the University of Manchester, UK, with a BS Inorganic Chemistry degree, Dr. Taylor obtained his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Auburn and was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Warwick, UK.
Dr. Taylor brings an inorganic chemistry background combined with decades of analytical support working for West Point Pepperell and Union Carbide Corporation to the Liberty team.
David Fisher
Director of Sales
Mr. Fisher is responsible for major accounts and leads all revenue generation efforts for Liberty.
David provides more than 10 years of direct sales and sales management experience leading FiberNet LLC as Director of Sales, growing it from a fledgling telecommunications company to its recent purchase by nTelos for $170,000,000.
Mr. Fisher is a West Virginia State University graduate.
Jeff Leepard
COO
Mr. Leepard is a registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in mechanical and process engineering.
He is especially experienced in the chemical, detergents and gas industries, although he has also worked in the glass and power industries. He has led major projects for companies such as Colgate-Palmolive and Akzo Nobel.
Mr. Leepard holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
